Send your deposit by Interac e-Transfer to jenn@dreamtour.ca.
In the message, write the main passenger's full name and the tour date.
Take a screenshot of the e-Transfer confirmation.

Deposit policy

A non-refundable deposit of CA$200 per person secures your seat. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and verified. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure; bookings made within 14 days of departure must be paid in full.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations 30 or more days before departure: full refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour price is refundable.
Cancellations 14 days or less before departure, or no-shows: no refund.
You may transfer your seat to another person free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.

Refund policy

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If DreamTour cancels a departure, you receive a full refund including the deposit, or you may move to another date.

Release of Liability — please read before you continue

I understand that this trip includes outdoor activities such as walking on uneven trails, boarding boats or trains and spending time near water, and that these carry some risk of injury.

I confirm that every passenger in my booking is fit to take part, will follow the guide's instructions and safety rules, and will not take part in any activity they do not feel able to do.

I accept responsibility for the passengers in my booking and release DreamTour from claims arising from risks that are part of these activities, except where DreamTour is at fault.
